Yes, Crowdfunding at MadhuRebba issue refunds to their respective contributors or donors (NOT to the Promoter) only if the sculpting project does not start or none of the rewards are delivered to any of the contributor. Indirectly Transactions are between Contributors and Promoters. Promoters auto-pay all funds (less fees) they receive from Contributors for the Sculpture Project Order and MadhuRebba starts developing the sculpture project and will deliver after full payment (after reaching Goal amount) or if not delivers against EMI model (Equated Monthly Instalments) of payment by the Promoter.
