If a buyer wants to cancel his / her paid service or purchased sculpture / 3D model, the following guidelines will be applicable:

• Cancellation will be allowed for only successfully paid orders. Any pending status or in-process status will not be entertained
• Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days after successful payment of any order.
• Cancellation will not be allowed for digital products like 3D Models where the delivery is instant and online.

In case of Refunds:

Money will be refunded only if the candidate cancels the order within 7 days of successful payment of any order. In such cases, the candidate can opt for one of the two options mentioned below-

• 100% money will be given back within 15 days (excluding the transaction charges, if any); or
• We will provide the same or alternative sculpture or service again.
• In case if the sculpting process starts before cancellation only 50% money will be given back
• On cancellation, online payments will be 100% refundable (excluding the transaction charges, if any).
• In case of payments made via DD/Cheque, only 50% money will be refunded.
• No cash refunds will be allowed.
