These are the following steps for Creating a Campaign:
- Campaign:
Title: The title of campaign.
Alias: The Alias will be used in the SEF URL. Leave this blank and Joomla will fill in a default value from the title. This value will depend on the SEO settings (Global Configuration->Site). Using Unicode will produce UTF-8 aliases. You may also enter manually any UTF-8 character. Spaces and some forbidden characters will be changed to hyphens. When using default transliteration it will produce an alias in lower case and with dashes instead of spaces. You may enter the Alias manually. Use lowercase letters and hyphens (-). No spaces or underscores are allowed. Default value will be a date and time if the title is typed in non-latin letters.
Campaign type: The type of campaign donation/investment.
Category: Category of the campaign.
Organization/individual type: Organization/individual type
Max allowed donation / Investment amount: The max donation / investment amount above which contributor should not able to donate.
Goal amount: Goal amount of campaign.
Minimum donation / investment amount: Minimum donation amount above which donor should able to donate/Invest.
Short description: Short description about campaign.
Long description: Long description about campaign.
Start Date: Start date of campaign where donor(s) can be able to donate / invest.
End Date: End date of campaign after donor can not be able to donate / invest.
Publish: The campaign publish or not , to publish the campaign select yes.
Allow donations to exceed goal amount: If select 'Yes' then Allow donations to more than goal amount
Let others see donations received for this campaign: If select 'Yes' then allow to others see donations received for this campaign.
Meta Keyword: An optional list of data to be used in HTML output
Meta Description: An optional paragraph to be used as the description of the page in the HTML output. This will generally display in the results of search engines
- Promoter:
First Name: Enter promoter first name
Last Name: Enter promoter last name
Address: Enter promoter Address
Address 2: Enter promoter Address
Country: Select country
State: Select state
City: Select city
Other city: If city is not present in city dropdown then type city name in textbox
Zip: Enter zip code
Phone number: Enter phone number.
Group name: Enter Group name (Organization).
Web Address: Enter website address.
Paypal Email Address: Paypal account email address of campaigns creator for payout.
Alternative payment details: Can be used by admin for transferring back funds raised against your campaigns to your account.
- Rewards:
Value: Enter giveback amount value.
Rewards: Enter giveback details.
Quantity: Enter giveback quantity.
Image: Choose the image for campaign.
- Photos:
Select campaign main image: Select main image for campaign
Gallery images: Select more images for campaign
- Videos
This is optional. We can hide this. If want to add video then enable video gallery from Jgive configuration setting -> Media Settings.
Add new video: If user want to show video then here user can upload video
Show on campaign details page: Choose what to show on campaign details page 'video or image'
- Updates:
Campaign creator can add here campaign progress news.
Title: Activity Name
Description: Activity Description
And then finally Hit 'Save campaign' at right bottom of the page. Now, Campaign is Created!
